My life is like juggling with 3 balls (work, family & relationship, hobby) and its not always easy to keep all of them in the air. While work and the hobby seem to be made of rubber, bouncing back when dropping them, the family & relationship is made of glass and will break, if I'm not careful.
Work & Education
Since more than two decades I have been accompanying organizations on their exciting path of change. Today I support Implenia as Transformation Expert and Change Manager to become the most agile and digital construction and real estate company in the industry.
I'm studying for a Master degree in Leadership & Change Management alongside my job, which will keep me busy for a while.

Family & Relationship
Living in a modern family setup where our 3 great girls create a bond that is holding together the relationship built over 20 years in a wonderful way.
As an adventurer, I can deal well with the unknown and new situations. Life is exciting and beautiful when you appreciate that the journey is the destination.
Hobby
After travelling half of the planet on motorbikes, I switched to leg-powered two wheeler (aka bicycle). Since then, I’ve been gathering experience in almost all cycling disciplines. Bikepacking, which I discovered in 2017, challenges me and helps me to rediscover myself. It's so exciting that this journey will probably continue for a long time.
